the tangy gochucang dip // cho gojuchang

the tangy go-chu-jang

  • water - a splash or two
  • gochujang - 2 Tbsp
  • sesame seeds - a dollop
  • soy sauce - 1 tbs
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar or honey - 1 tsp
  • sesame oil - 1 Tbsp

 

tip: mix altogether until desired consistency and flavor.

this sauce is amazing with broccoli, noodles, fish...
